Introduction

To some this collection of commentary and observations—fourth in what now must be called The Notational Quartet—might seem as remote as the proverbial Man in the Moon. But the reader will find it very relevant to the changing and troubled times that we find ourselves in.

Author's Perspective

The author has steered the reader and vessel to a distant and little known shore, where hope for return to point of origin is very much in doubt. The boats that left from the same harbor have rowed away from one another.
