Who Is Jesus

Who is Jesus, really?

For two thousand years, His identity has inspired worship, sparked debate, and changed the course of human history. In Who Is Jesus?, physician and theologian Dr. Rosemay T. Latortue takes readers to the foot of the cross to listen closely to Jesus's seven final sayings -- words that reveal far more than a dying man's last breaths.

Drawing on Hebrew language, Messianic Jewish tradition, and decades of biblical study, Dr. Latortue unpacks each statement as a window into Jesus's identity: God's beloved Son, a King whose kingdom is not of this world, a devoted human son, the mysterious God-Man, the sacrificed Passover Lamb, the Redeemer who declared It is finished, and the long-prophesied Jewish Messiah.

But this is not a dry theological exercise. Each chapter closes with a personal Connection -- stories drawn from Dr. Latortue's thirty-five years practicing medicine, including an unforgettable deathbed conversion that will stay with you long after the final page. Her heartfelt, penetrating reflections bridge ancient Scripture and modern life, showing how Jesus's last words still speak directly into our deepest wounds and questions today.

Whether you've followed Jesus for decades or are only beginning to wonder who He truly is, this short but profound devotional will invite you to see the cross -- and the One who hung there -- with fresh eyes.

Come listen to His final words. They may just change everything.
