When Poetry Meets the Heart
Poetry and the Heart
When Poetry meets the heart, a soul is given in thought a new start.
When love is felt deep down inside, its hard for kindness to hide.
When hate is what a person feels, it is their mind that evil steels.
When confusion riddles a thought, its easy to be trapped and caught.
When pride rules your walk, its best people don''t hear you talk.
When forgiveness allows you to see, then you''ll know what it takes to feed others free.
When a seed is sown with unselfishness, you''ll learn how it feels to stand above the worlds mess.
So when Poetry meets your heart, mend to another thats been torn apart.
