This text presents two theoretical frameworks for understanding the post-Cold War international systematic transition, and Indo-US relational patterns.

The frameworks explain the casual determinants of the current international systematic transition and foreign policy in a comparative perspective.

It aims to provide tools not only to gauge the present transition but also to develop warning systems to decipher symptoms of any future international systematic transition of foreign policy behaviour.
