Two One-Act Plays

Two great, insightful One-Act plays perfect for any reader and lovers of theater and drama.

The first play - Iphigenia At Aulis - is inspired by classic Ancient Greek plays and is filled with profound insights into man, war, beliefs, and tragedy. The winds have stopped. A young woman, under pretense of love, has been brought to a temple overlooking the coast. A seer’s prophecy claims that only after the king’s daughter is sacrificed will the winds return, enabling the fleet of ships to sail to the war at Troy.

The second play - A Study In Virtue - is a modern comedy. Set in Naples, Italy, and in a small cemetery overlooking the sea no less, a woman mourns her lost husband, while joined by her young suitor. Highly entertaining, it’s a play notable for its humor and wit.
