Jimmy Kelly is a happy-go-lucky 13 year old who is up for anything that might help him to become famous. Bulldog Bannion, on the other hand, is a nasty would be young gangster who wants to use Jimmy Kelly and his friends for his own ends. When their worlds collide the results are hilarious....apart from the sad bits that is.
