A serial killer stalks the shores of island paradise Barbados. Seattle detective John Riley, an expatriate of Barbados, may their only hope to stop the murders.

John Riley has been away from the island for more than twenty years, estranged from his family. He has to come to terms with the demons from his past in order to stop the killer now loose on the island.
