Silent Screams Silent Joy

Have you ever tried to find the beginning or end of a tightly wound ball of yarn?

I have. Writing this book has been a similar experience. My poetry was not written to be published but to help me survive physical and emotional pain. It helped me write my way out of darkness to the light at the end of the tunnel.

Others may have had difficulty in finding that light. I hope sharing my journey will give hope to you on your own journey to light.
