Shelby Slept Through Christmas

Story Overview

This is a delightful story for children of all ages and genders, about Shelby getting a job to buy a bright-red bike that she wants so badly instead of relying on old, tired Santa who only works part-time these days.

Lesson and Message

She (Shelby) learns that she has all she needs and anything she wants she can work for and buy herself. This is an empowering message for all children that they can create their own opportunities, and this becomes the best Christmas ever.
