Throughout a distinguished many-faceted career, Joel Z Wagman QC has been an entrepreneur and innovator playing key roles in numerous industries, including: telecommunications, automotive, computing, entertainment, real estate, waste management, hospitality and investment banking.

Mr. Wagman has also served on the board of directors of several private and public companies in both financial and executive capacities.
