Things aren’t always as they seem for Veronica Park

As her life unfolds in the black and white of the nation’s newspapers, as collected in a scrapbook by her obsessed mother, can you read between the lines and see the real story?

“Police say Mrs. Stanley discovered her husband’s body after returning from the grocery store. Veronica was not home at the time of her step-father’s death, as she had been attending an elite boarding school. She has since been pulled from the school and will remain with her mother.”

Reader participation is crucial, as what isn’t said may be more intriguing than what is.
