On the way, they see their favorite tree and decide to climb it. As they are climbing, they notice a very bright light at the top of the tree. While Ralphie decides to continue climbing to investigate what the bright light is, Mike decides to go home so he won't be late for dinner.

Neither of them could have expected what Ralphie discovers at the top of that tree! Ralphie learns how to be a true friend to someone who needs it in the delightful story of Ralphie's After-School Adventure.
