Place Where There Is No Darkness

"The Place Where There Is No Darkness"

is Jason Leonard's second book of poetry and third publication overall. The title is an excerpt from George Orwell's "1984." The line has been interpreted in many different ways over the years. For Jason, it represents a place inside the world that cannot touch, see, or hear. A place not affected by darkness—the place where the poems come from.

This book is the latest chapter in the story of Jason's life. While it may be the last publication of poetry, Jason's story of finding peace and his place in the world will have many more chapters.
