My Sloth Wants a Milkshake: Mental Health for Young Humans

is an introductory book on mental health for kids aged 8-14. Mental illness can present differently in children, and it can be hard for them to voice what they are feeling. This book aims to help children find words for how they are doing mentally and reduce the stigma associated with mental health and mental illness.
