Analyses the wide range of issues related to the reclamation of wastelands and its economic viability and development for Agriculture, Horticulture and Social-forestry programmes to meet the growing demand of ever-increasing cattle and human population for Fuel Wood, Fodder, Fibre, Fruits, Fisheries and Food Grains and also to maintain the ecological imbalances of the area.
