About the Story

Cash Stetson is a loser. A crapped out, busted loser. He gambled and lost the girl. He gambled with his career and lost his medical license. He’s lost direction and whatever faith he might have had. Faith in himself. Faith in the charm that’s worn too thin. But the powers that be haven’t lost faith in him. A stint in rehab kept him out of jail. Can a turn in an impoverished clinic in Mexico convert a loser into a winner?

About the Characters

Doctor Maggie Craig knows a loser when she sees one.
