Introduction

Caught in a blinding snow storm on Lonesome Road high in the mountains southwest of Denver, Paula Drake a budding young lawyer struggled for her life. With an out of range cell-phone and her car in the ditch she fought her way through the blizzard to find shelter. Was this the way her half long life was going to end? Little did she know that God had one of His guardian angels caring for her and the next few days would change her life forever?

Later Events

Months later Paula found Carter Scott laying in a pool of blood on the kitchen floor of his cabin with a bullet hole in his arm shot by an unknown assailant. Would his God pull him through and save his life?
