Kidnapped by Muslim Rebels

About the Book

This book reads like a novel about kidnapping in Southern Philippines, but it is not a novel. It is a non-fiction; the product of investigative journalism about Muslim kidnapping. The reporters are the authors themselves.

Content and Perspective

This book is a vivid description of what the victims actually experienced as hostages; a graphic narration of how they survived the harrowing ordeals for one week in the hands of their abductors. The authors likewise tell their readers how they turned to God for protection, for sanity and peace of mind while in captivity.

Additional Insights

It is also an account of how their friends and relatives, both Christians and Muslims locally and nationally, worked hard behind the scene to negotiate for their early release. This book ends with an unsolicited advice to the readers on how not to be kidnapped and how to survive if abducted. Read it to be inspired and to learn more.
