Overview

This edited work assembles knowledge on wide-ranging indigenous supply chain management (SCM) theories and practices from different African countries, particularly sub-Saharan Africa. The chapters concentrate on how African culture influences supply chain practices' nature, operations, structures, outcomes, and value propositions.

This is essential knowledge to facilitate a better understanding of what SCM might mean in the African context while also serving as an avenue to evaluate similarities and differences between cross-country management theories.
