Understanding Your Goal
Many people wonder what is my goal? Why do I need to set a goal? When I can live my life smoothly simply without setting any goal? Why do I have to carry a heavy bag? Question: What is your goal? (My goal is to become a doctor... or a teacher... or a veterinarian, etc.) And that answer could be correct. And for real, these are beautiful targets. But they are long-term targets. These targets can be lost easily.
Focusing on Your Immediate Needs
So, to understand the answer: Your goal now is your need now. What do you need now? Determine your need now. And make it the target. Like, I want to have my own room. Or my own corner in the home... I want to set it as I want. ... So that's your goal at this moment.
Setting Short-Term Goals
I want to have the first hour of the morning specific for me. To study, to meditate, or to pray. That's your goal for right now. If you can own your room... Or your place in the home... And you can set it as you want, so this can be accomplished for you. And you can feel that you are happy to get it by yourself.
Achieving Personal Satisfaction
If you can have the first hour in the morning just for yourself... Away from hassle and responsibilities, so you already got your goal.
