Four Steps to Your Authentic Career

Within the pages of Four Steps to Your Authentic Career: How to Discover Your True Career Path

author Kareem Kamal El Gazzar makes career-related observations that will inspire those just entering the workforce. Converting passions to dreams and matching dreams to priorities aren't always easy tasks, but with the guidance provided here, readers will learn how to become authentic leaders who define success as life and work that bring personal fulfillment and lasting relationships, while also making a difference.

By singling out the three different attitudes people have toward their careers and naming them the Road, the Horse, and the Cart, El Gazzar explores those who thrive in a career filled with the exhilaration and excitement of action, those who find enjoyment by simply doing their work, and those most interested in what is being carried by one's work, such as values or character. Great careers have a point of view and are not just a job — we need to believe in something.
