Five Fast Pennies

First published in 1994

Five Fast Pennies was written by the Co-Founder of Food Lion, Inc., Ralph W. Ketner, to tell the story of the challenges and opportunities he faced throughout his life and career.

Accessibly written, the book provides a detailed insight into Ketner’s philosophy of "Five fast pennies instead of one slow nickel", his views on success, and his journey from childhood through to Co-Founder of Food Lion, Inc., and beyond.
