Provide the much-needed perspective to make sense of an educational system, as large, diverse and dynamic as India, itself is. The importance of teacher training cannot be underestimated—if the teachers are not comfortable, while working in a changing modern atmosphere. Teachers need to understand and be able to tackle a wide variety of issues, in relation to teaching.

This study includes, in part, the research outcomes of the investigations as well as practical experience, accumulated by school experiment participants. It also incorporates some conceptual documents, developed in the process of scientific research and, of course, the practical knowledge gained by reputed teachers.
