Elijah

Who was Elijah in the Bible?

One of the Bible’s best-known prophets, Elijah stood up to the godless King Ahab and wicked Queen Jezebel, challenged false prophets of Baal to a prayer duel, and brought life back into a young boy’s corpse.

Yet Elijah still had his doubts, failings, and insecurities. In this book, find out how the still, small voice of the gospel propped him up through his many challenges—and how it does the same for you too.

If you’re wondering who Elijah was, or want to know how Elijah’s faith journey impacts your own, this book is for you!

Elijah is part of the God’s People series by Northwestern Publishing House. It’s a wonderful collection about the lives and times of some of God’s chosen people. Plots and settings have been taken directly from the Bible, and each book features beautifully detailed, full-color illustrations.
