Duck Dad

About the Story

Although categorized as fiction, the story is based on the actual ducks who followed Gary around for about a year!

Author's Inspiration

She wrote the story while Gary was still alive and after his death due to lung/brain cancer she pursued publication in his memory and dedicated to his nine great-grandchildren... all girls.

The Ducks' Dedication

The ducks become unusually dedicated to the man in the story. It is a sweet story of simple country life, dedication, and the love and care of wildlife.
