My intention in writing this book

to help you to enjoy a healthier and less toxic life, and you will be motivated to act on my observations and make the adjustments for a permanent lifestyle change. At the very least, you will have some important additional information to better understand why you might not be as healthy as you would like when you end up eventually ignoring or only minimally following some of the most important guidelines in this book.

The basis of my observations

The following observations are all based on my years working for and studying Dr. Hal Huggins who was the world leading authority in biological dentistry and body chemistry rebalancing.
