Perceived positively for its contributions to urban sustainability and food systems, it nonetheless faces significant challenges, including urban pressure on agricultural land, the economic viability of farms, and environmental pollution, among other concerns.

Cities and Agriculture examines intra- and peri-urban agricultural spaces and the stakeholders driving them, analyzing the socio-spatial dynamics currently at play.
