Before the Amen:

Before the Amen: Creative Resources for Worship

evolved from the bestselling Touch Holiness: Resources for Worship. With nine chapters of seasonal materials, three chapters of sacraments and services, and seven chapters oriented by topic, this worship anthology provides fresh language inclusive of gender, ethnicity, race, age, orientation, and ability.

Includes materials that come before the "amen," such as resources for the worship service (readings, healing services, and chancel dramas); general resources; and prayers for special issues such as natural disasters, domestic violence, and surrogate parents.
