I have a real passion for healthy food, and there is nothing like a fresh salad straight out of your garden. Growing your own food should be the staple of any great lifestyle.

There is nothing like picking fresh vegetables and putting them into a bowl on your table for your friends and family to enjoy. My book, Yum Yum Salads: From Ground to Bowl, once again is used to inspire us to take extra initiative and go back in time where growing our own foods was a pleasure, and it still is today if we take the time to do it.
