Introduction

This book was born out of the need for new mothers to feel seen and supported on their postpartum journeys. This book validates the anxieties that accompany the unknowns of new motherhood while encouraging and teaching positive self-talk. This is needed, especially due to the isolation of the ongoing pandemic.

Focus Areas

This book looks at the challenges of new motherhood such as feeding, sleeping, bathing, and clothing your baby and pairs it with the recurring line of "You're doing great, Mama."
