Author, teacher and businessman Murray Kibblewhite has expressed in writing his observations of the people he has met throughout his life.

As a spiritual person, he practises what he preaches being a vegan, intermittent faster, yoga student and counsellor.

Originally from Masterton, a small rural town in New Zealand, Murray Kibblewhite moved to Wellington, the capital, to complete his B.Com degree from Victoria University, before shifting to Auckland where he has lived for the last forty years.
