The Yard is a story about the daily routines and the trials and tribulations in a horse livery yard. It is composed of factual as well as fictitious material and maintains a humorous aspect throughout the story, both from the horses and the owners point of view. It is centered on a small do it yourself yard with different horses and owners. The two main human characters are Alison and Tracey and their horses Dafydd and Lyric, who get up to all sorts of mischief that will keep you entertained and wanting more.
