About the Book

The Nutcracker Ballet has finally arrived and Sarah is so happy. As she watches the hauntingly beautiful ballet, her dream of becoming a ballerina grows strong. She enrolls in Miss Hanson's Dance Studio and works hard to meet Miss H's expectations. Dancing the Sugar Plum Fairy and Princess Aurora in the spring and winter recitals brings her closer to her dream of becoming a prima ballerina. Then the unexpected happens, and all her dreams are shattered. But with the love and inspiration from Isabella, her little pug, she is able to put her life back on track.
