This workbook helps the audience to become more self-aware by allowing the audience to answer questions that may not have been taken into consideration before. The workbook is also about using your imagination!

This insight helps the audience to picture how our lives would be today if our past was different. One day all of a sudden these what if questions just started coming to me and I instantly became emotional just thinking about life and struggles.
