A guidebook to 21 day walks on the Isle of Wight plus a long-distance Coastal Path route. Exploring the island's Natural Landscape there are walks suitable for all abilities.

The graded day walks range from 8–30km (5–19 miles) and can be enjoyed in 2–8 hours. The Coastal Path is a longer more challenging route circumnavigating the island. This is presented in 8 stages and covers 125km (78 miles).
