Introduction

This book is a comprehensive training manual for Level One of Usui Reiki Ryoho. Usui Reiki Ryoho is the traditional form of Reiki based upon the original teachings of Master Mikao Usui. This variation of healing and its methodologies are the foundational teachings for the majority of the other types of Reiki.

Although there are four levels of training to reach the Usui Reiki Ryoho Master Level, any student may carry out Reiki sessions after taking this first level course.
