The Book of Revelation

The Book of Revelation uses apocalyptic literature to include the use of highly symbolic figurative. Revelation incorporates fascinating sights, images, lightning, thunder, lampstands, creatures, angels, singing, claims, plagues, horses, trumpets, fanfares, bowls, vials, and chorus praising God and His Son Jesus.

It explains why the righteous suffered, and God's judgment will be delayed. It offers the believers hope. Widespread attention is given to events displaying God's power against godlessness and evil. God will destroy a hellish world and create a new heaven and earth for the believers.
