Introduction

Its an accomplishment to make anythinga car, a movie, or a songthat stands the test of time. It is also an accomplishment to remain standing after decades of challenges and doubts. As the wife of a famous musician, a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, I have been tested since my earliest years. Through my faith in Christ and the support of my church, I live to tell the tale.

My Journey

While my husband stood on stage, in the spotlight, I was in the shadows offstage. My life would be a test of faith and commitment, death and sin, pain and redemption. But it is one I want to share.
