Understanding the Purpose of Jesus' Sacrifice

God said why would He send Jesus to die for your sins over 2000 years ago and then later on say it is okay for you to continue in sin? That would mean that Jesus died for nothing and better yet, there would not have been a need for Jesus to die such a gruesome death if God approves of your sins. The devil has fooled many people and used to have me fooled until God took me and taught me the truth.

I was chosen for this purpose and that is to speak to every nation to tell the people what thus said the Lord.
