Once upon a time

all good stories begin with once upon a time there was a beautiful Christmas tree. It was likely the most beautiful Christmas tree that little Tommy had ever seen. Of course, he was only 7, so he hadn't actually seen that many.

This was the first time that little Tommy was old enough to help select the family's Christmas tree. The weekend before Christmas, the family had piled into Grandpa's old pickup truck and driven to the tree farm outside of town.
