About the Book

The book is about the physical and emotional stress that a person with ALS undergoes. The medium is primarily in poetry, although short essays are included. And it is in the first person, by an MD.

Content and Themes

The poems express my trials and tribulations with my muscles and devices. The book is for those afflicted with ALS, their primary caregivers, and families. It has humor, pathos, and information.
