Introduction

The story begins with three gang members sitting in the backyard of the oldest member's grandmother's backyard. While drinking and talking about the drive-by that they had done earlier, the grandmother looks out the window. As she's washing dishes, she starts praying that God helps her grandson to be a man and stop gang banging.

Supernatural Event

Lighting strikes after she finishes praying. When she looks out the window again, they are gone, but the bottles of beer are still there.

Time Travel and Reflection

When they wake up, they are in a time and place they never could have imagined. Here begins their adventure or tragedy, you choose. They are now in 1855 Mississippi!!!!!! Trying to survive another day. This leads them to see how hard those people lived and survived.
