Some of my poems come from my humorous side, and some come from my spiritual side. There are even some that come from my raw and sensual side, but ALL of my poems come from the heart.
Dionne Oakley
was born and raised in St. Louis, Mo. After high school she obtained a license in cosmetology, but she has always held a passion for writing (and the arts). Now married and the mother of one beautiful daughter, Dionne is in her prime. Blessed with several gifts from the Almighty, her biggest talents seem for the moment to come in her poetic writings. She can easily put pen to paper and her message flows with a rhythmic all its own. She has shared her poems with her church, family, and friends. Now she’s ready to share them with the world.
