The poems of The Thin Red Line account for a state of broken perception after my own personal beliefs tumbled, turning the path that I walked into one of virtual reality.
The fragility of this condition is equal to the uncertainty of walking over a thin layer of ice, not knowing if our steps will support us safely.
This borderline experience enabled me to visualize a negative world, a point of darkness that is like situating oneself on scaffolding, bordering the limits of the building where language and reality converge.
