Questioning Reality

How did you not lose your mind? ...Who is to say I didn't? I still talk to Tom every day, Sara questioned, Who is to say that this isn't another one of my hallucinations? What if this really is a hallucination? It certainly is a good one with food and water and a person talking to me but does it mean I am about to die? That I am just minutes from dying and my brain is giving me one last happy illusion before that zombie eats me? ... Did I really want to wake up if that is the case?
