A collection of easy-to-follow recipes for every occasion. Well-known food writer Phillippa Cheifitz and a group of friends get together regularly for supper, sharing the preparation and creation of the meal.

Each couple submits a 4-course menu and they vote to decide which choices will make the most memorable meal for the season or occasion. These fabulous feasts are the inspiration for the over 90 recipes in The Supper Club.

There’s something for everyone, from starters such as Lemon olives, Aubergine confit, and Feta and phyllo appetizers, to mains like Crumbled lamb pie, Lemon-poached fish with fennel, Sticky chicken wings, and Mushroom ragout. Desserts include Nectarine almond tarts, Warm ricotta cheesecake with hot cherry sauce, and Mocha semifreddo.
