About the Author

John was inspired to write this about fuels—not fools—because of his suffering as a child without the conveniences of electricity, or fuel for heating, e.g., also running water or telephones; because all three require fuels.

After 60 years studying/working as an Engineering Project Manager mostly on Energy/fuels; including projects like: coal to liquids and the Technology/Economics of Alcohol for Motor Fuels. On the latter, he authored a book on the subject; both projects for the DOE/USA.

He has had only one Government job—a county Sanitation Engineering position. He only lasted 3 months. He quit after turning the water off on an apartment complex owned by the local Republican—I was threatened. At that time, he had 2 young children. The reason? The owner bypassed the health permit regulations.

The Book's Focus and Vision

Back to our book that started only about Energy, but morphed into the other Eesque of life: ending with a plan to extend oils 30-25,000 years, and saving the environment; while at the same time saving 99&44/100% of the world's transportation cost, and 50% of the cost of electricity generation.

A bonus is the saving of tens of thousands of deaths, and millions of pain and sufferings. The Truth and only the Truth; with Knowledge and Compassion as the Props.
