Model and Approach

With the model of Jesus and His disciples as her starting point, Billie Davis has provided a tool for developing a small group ministry in which members’ strengths and gifts are used to help one another in the biblical sense of Body. Applying an age-level and intercultural approach, Davis examines the structure of groups, how the group influences learning and spiritual development, and the roles people take within groups.
