About the Book

S. Anne Beeman wrote this charming bedtime story for her daughter, Hannah, when she was a young child. The story follows delightful woodland creatures preparing for a good night's rest.

Illustration and Creation

Anne then asked her sister, Carol, to illustrate the poem, creating a lush visual lull-a-bye, and A Sleepy-bye Tale was born.
