About the Book

This simple book of poems (Book title) was written for a legacy for my sons Jake Cody and Elkara. These poems are written from my heart to yours. If you have any resistance, remember that you have been protecting your heart since the first time it was hurt.

I feel something different each time I read them. In my opinion, it is this heart connection that makes this book so unique.

For years I regarded my poems to be inferior and classed them as just a hobby, later realizing that they are my style of poetry and for some a very valuable way of connecting to their hearts.
